Need: organization planning and succession planning for anticipated dramatic growth of the organization.

Project: Identified and hired consulting organization and customized PC based system to quantify value and deliverables for each job.  Barry was already responsible for succession planning for the organization. 

Outcome: Finalized plan for organization growth. Profiles were created of current and anticipated positions across the entire organization. Also utilized profiles for career planning and mentoring.
